1.1 After the delivery of a product license key, refunds are not acceptable. If you encounter any issues with activation, we will provide a replacement.

1.2 A full refund is available within 3 days if you wish to cancel your order before the delivery of services or the product key.

2. Replacement

2.1 Your replacement request will be approved if:

  • You declare the product is non-functional (proof of the issue is required).
  • You declare the product has not been used and will not be used in the future.

Note: Your statements are considered formal and have full legal validity.

For requests compliant with the conditions outlined in 1.1, the refund will be issued within 24 hours.

3. When a Return/Refund Request Will Not Be Approved

  • Themes, plugins, and templates are not refundable or eligible for replacement.
  • Refund or replacement requests will be denied if the product or redemption code has been activated and is thus non-reusable and non-marketable.
  • Refund or replacement requests will be denied if you refuse assistance from our support team.
  • Refund or replacement requests will be denied if submitted 14 days or more after the purchase. It is essential to ensure that you purchase the correct product for your device and check software compatibility before activation. Products subject to return or replacement will be locked out and non-reusable once activated.
